American Red Cross - Prisoners of War - At last - useful Bulgarians!! A few Bulgarian prisoners usefully employed in unloading American Red Cross supplies from a French transport at Saloniki. In the 2,300 boxes of the shipment were food and farm machinery to help war victims get a new start in life. Saloniki is the base of the Serbian Commission of the American Red Cross, seven large warehouses being located here
