BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - Command Sgt. Maj. Shontina Edwards, the senior enlisted advisor for the 3rd Infantry Division Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade, discusses Master Resiliency Training at a Think Tank lunch Dec. 23 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Edwards says that the MRT representatives should be “creating trust and empowering decisions so Soldiers know how to apply resiliency training.” Every quarter, the leadership and MRT representatives will convene for these lunches to check on the unit pulse of the resiliency of the Soldiers.
