Christian Dupouy, commander of the Assistant Command General Police Transition Group and other senior leaders traveled from Kabul to see the site and discuss site operations. The site will be the home of the permanent Recruit Collection Point and will also house a Specialist Training Center until the enduring training center is completed in 2013.
