Cameron Parish, La., July 21, 2013 -- Heavy rains, high winds and a 15 to 20-foot storm surge from Hurricane Rita resulted in the destruction of the Cameron Parish School Board Educational Conference Center, also referred to as the Cameron Elementary School Auditorium.
