Notice the picnic table at the edge of the cliff. Some picnic tables were washed away when a torrent of water carved a path through the edge of the picnic area. A deep arroyo was created that was 15 feet deep in places. This particular drainage also exposed and broke water lines and destroyed the trail access to the picnic area.
