[Hurricane Katrina] New Orleans, LA, February 19, 2008 -- Aeration ponds that were flooded during Hurricane Katrina are back in operating condition with financial assistance provided by The Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA obligated more than $210 million to rebuilding the water treatment facilities.
