Letter from A.F. Williams, Farmington, [Connecticut], to Amos Augustus Phelps, 1846 June 30th

A.F. Williams writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding houses in Farmington that are now on the market and their prices. He writes, "will you let me know what your purpose is as Mr. Hart who offered his place for 1350$ (cheap too) wants an answer."
