Lt. Col. Todor Nekezov, a Bulgarian senior military adviser, Lt. Col. John Hanson, Regional Support Command (South) deputy commander, Col. Haroon Momand, Kandahar Regional Military Training Center commander, and other Afghan National Army senior leaders attend a literacy course graduation ceremony at the RMTC in southern Afghanistan, March 8, 2012. One-hundred ninety soldiers graduated from the eight-week literacy course, which taught a higher level of reading and writing skills. This was in addition to the initial 64 hours of literacy training the soldiers received in Regional Basic Warrior Training.
