Master Sgt. Robert Simon, medical logistics, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), receives his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, Jan. 5, 2020, at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln. Simon received the vaccine as part of the Nebraska National Guard’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution and administration plan, which implements a phased and standardized strategy for prioritizing, distributing and administering COVID-19 vaccines to installation members on a voluntary basis.
