Members from the 97th Security Force Squadron and the 97th Civil Engineer Squadron work together plotting the coordinates of the radilogical base-wide exercise incident site June 29, 2011. The exercise took place on the North ramp, where simulated pipe bombs were detonated affecting 18 personnel and the surrounding area. This training tested emergency crews and first responder’s ability to react, respond, and recover individuals and assets during unplanned emergency events.
