Maj. Gen. Peter J. Talleri, commanding general of Marine Corps Base Camp Butler and deputy commander of Marine Corps Bases Japan, awards Master Sgt. Armando Quintanilla, the assistant coordinator for the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society active duty fund drive, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal July 7. Master Sgt.
