Summary
Recruits of Delta Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, try on different size covers during their first uniform fitting at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Oct. 14. This is the initial fitting for the recruits and they will return before graduation for a final fitting. Today, all males recruited west of the Mississippi are trained at MCRD San Diego. The depot is responsible for training more than 16,000 recruits annually. Delta Company is scheduled to graduate Nov. 13.
