Sgt. 1st Class James Graham, with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), Nebraska National Guard, volunteers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, Jan. 5, 2020, Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln.
