Sgt. The Titan of the Month award is given to a coalition soldier, airman, sailor, Marine or civilian who has shown exemplary performance in his or her duties. Wilkey was an assistant contracting officer's representative and mentor for the Afghan National Police recruit collection point while deployed to Forward Operating Base Walton in the Kandahar province. Wilkey, a Lake Alfred, Fla., native, is a military police reservist from the 351st Military Police Company.
