Soldiers assigned to the 23rd Iraqi Army Brigade secure a building during urban operations training at Camp Taji, Iraq, Aug. 10, 2015. Under the supervision of Iraqi officers and noncommissioned officers, soldiers sharpened their urban operations tactics with a week-long training exercise. Leader involvement during training demonstrates their professionalism and inspires confidence in their soldiers. This allows Iraqi security force leaders to set the conditions to continue the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
