U.S. Army Lt. Col. William Prusia, the officer in-charge of the Nebraska National Guard Agribusiness Development Team, the agricultural section for the Paktiya Provincial Reconstruction Team, participates in "Bike MS" at Forward Operating Base Gardez, Sept. 8, 2012. Prusia coordinated this ride so that he was riding his bike at the same time his daughter Meghan Prusia, a 7th grader, was at home. They wanted to ride together and did not let a deployment stand in their way.
