Significance: Although the exact date of construction is unknown, this building appears complete in photos dated circa 1907, suggesting a construction date of 1904-1907. In 1930, alterations to the interior were done using logs to build a new bathroom. Later, the porch was roofed over, the cabin roof was insulated, and a vapor barrier and ceiling were installed on the underside of the roof, according to plans dated 1938 and 1936-1938 memos.
