This is the blood stained floor of a bloody basement in an unmarked Islamic Resistance Center building, located in the city of Fallujah, Al Anbar Province, Iraq, on Dec. 2, 2004. This basement may have served as a torture chamber and is being shown to the foreign media as part of their tour of various sites within the city of Fallujah to see the reconstruction efforts going on after the November battle between Multinational Forces and insurgents in the city of Fallujah, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
