Noon-hour, Indian Head Mills. All are workers. The very youngest refused to be photo'd. The Supt. seemed worried about my photographing the workers. He said, "Now we observe the child labor law thoroughly, but there are lots of persons in the North who like nothing better than a chance to rap at the Southern Cotton Mills."
