Members of the US Marine Corps Honor Guard and Navy Seabees participate in the Australian/New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) parade during the ANZAC Day commemoration held in Rockhampton, Australia on April 25, 2001. The annual parade honors the 35,000 soldiers who were killed or wounded during the Gallipoli landing on April 25, 1915. ANZAC Day also honors the brave men and women of Australia and New Zealand who have defended freedom in conflicts around the world.
