160817-N-WI365-254 (August 17, 2016) USAG KWAJALEIN ATOLL - U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Chris Kratsas, a master diver assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, performs pre-dive checks on U.S. Army Capt. Troy Davidson, prior to a dive mission to investigate a seaplane wreck site in the waters of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. For those killed-in-action, the accounting community is charged with locating, recovering and identifying their remains.
