A row of soldiers from El Salvador's Cuscatlan Battalion, ninth rotation, stand at the position of port arms during the battalion's transfer of authority ceremony, Feb. 22, at Forward Operating Base Delta. The ninth rotation developed and implemented 25 civic-action projects, provided $2.1 million in aid affecting more than 324,000 people during their six-month tour to the Wasit province.
