AAYY-Addition due for demolition.
Summary
This small addition was built on the rear of the Wilcox home around 1938, for use by a restaurant that occupied the home for over two decades. This addition filled in space between the main house and the carriage house, which was torn down at the same time. This addition will be in the way of new construction, and since it does not date back as far as 1901, it will be removed.
