Adm. James A. Winnefeld, Jr., vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on "John Henry" enjoys a mid-morning ride with wounded warrior Army Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Williams at the Caisson Platoon Stables at Fort Belvoir, Va., Aug. 2, 2012. A handful of wounded warriors from the Ft. Belvoir Warrior Transition Unit made their way to the weekly therapy session with the admiral on hand. Members from the 1st Battalion, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) currently in their Basic Horsemanship Course assist the wounded warriors with the equine therapy. The therapy includes grooming, conducting ground work and eventually riding the animals.
