ASTORIA, OREGON - Petty Officer 2nd Class Josh Abler, a HH-60 helicopter crewmember from Air Station Astoria, acted as a spotter and directed a Clatsop County damage assessment team to the areas most heavily affected by the recent storms and flooding Dec. 4.
