Iraqi women wait in line with their children during the Cooperative Medical Engagement (CME), in Karmah, Iraq on Aug. 11, 2008. The CME is being conducted by Civil Affairs Detachment, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment as well as 2/3, RCT-1, Combat Logistics Battalion 1, elements of I Marine Expeditionary Force and Iraqi Police in order to provide free health care and food supplies for the citizens of Karmah, Iraq.
