KFOR's newest citizen-soldier
Summary
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Rodrigo Mondaca, a supply sergeant with the Georgia Army National Guard's 3rd Squadron, 108th Cavalry Regiment, officially became a U.S. citizen in a naturalization ceremony conducted at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, Jan. 20, 2012. Mondaca is one of approximately 10,000 deployed military members who have taken the oath since 2001.
