New Orleans, La., Nov. 7, 2012 -- The Recovery School District has constructed Arthur Ashe Elementary School, a state-of-the-art 97,000 square foot Kindergarten through 8th grade school at the previous site of Bienville School, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.
