Mrs. Woodrow Wilson, widow of the war-time President who founded the Federal Reserve System, chats with Senator Carter Glass of Virginia as they attend the ceremonies dedicating the new Federal Reserve building today. Senator Glass was Secretary of the Treasury during the Wilson Administration and helped frame the Federal Reserve Legislation. 10/20/37
