Old Stone House, Brownington Center Road at Derby Line, Brownington Center, Orleans County, VT

Significance: This is a large 4-story granite building erected as a dormitory for the Orleans County Grammar School in the second quarter of the nineteenth century. An unusually well-preserved institutional building of its period.
