Pfc. Alexis S. Payton, a signal support systems specialist, assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Camp Henry, Daegu, Korea, is named the recipient of the Army ROTC Green to Gold Division Commander's Hip Pocket Scholarship by, Brig. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., commanding general of the 19th ESC, along with Command Sgt. Maj. Maurice V. Chaplin, the ESC’s senior enlisted advisor who were both on hand for the presentation.
