Properly prepped pets: Keeping Fido safe through the storm

description

Summary

According to the National Hurricane Center, each year, millions of pets are killed or left homeless due to natural disasters. If an area is not safe for a person, it is not safe for animals. Prepare a disaster plan in advance that includes accommodations for pets in order to provide them with the best care. (U.S. Air Force Graphic by Airman 1st Class Areca T. Wilson/Released)
