Gerral David, Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island commanding officer, a safety brief on proper 'Jaws of Life' usage prior to a ribbon-cutting during a reopening ceremony for the NRNW Fire and Emergency Services Fire Station 70 on the NAS Whidbey Island Seaplane Base, Dec. 15. The event was the result of the completion of over 100,000 in renovations to the over 5,000 square-foot facility that was originally built in 1943.
