SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 05, 2014) Utilitiesman Constructionman Ariel Hogue, gives a high-five to a small child during the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Hogue is a is a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team sculpted a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to Sapporo to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassador.
