[Hurricane Katrina] Baton Rouge, LA, March 6, 2006 - Mobile homes and travel trailers are both supplied by FEMA as temporary housing options at FEMA/State developed group sites for homeowners or renters whose residences are unlivable as a result of the disaster. Travel trailers are meant for shorter durations and are more maneuverable and easy to set up near the flood-victim's home.
