NORFOLK (Aug. 14, 2012) Capt. Dee L. Mewbourne gives his final address as the commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) to crewmembers during a change of command ceremony held in the hangar bay. Capt. S. R. Roth relieved Capt. Dee L. Mewbourne during the ceremony. The first aircraft carrier commissioned into the United States Navy was USS Langley (CV-1) on 20 March 1922.
