Summary
A big change today from the lens of the estimable Mr. Poole! Two water tanks on a hill demonstrating the changes that took place in engineering over a period of years. Commissioned by Mr. J. Delaney, M.D.C.E. of Dublin these were/are stationed in Tramore in Co. Waterford. Are they still intact I wonder or has engineering changed those as well?..Thanks to a masterclass by Niall McAuley ( /photos/gnmcauley/ ) we learn everything we need to know about this photograph.
