U.S. Navy HM1 Frederick Ehlers, a hospital corpsman with U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka Branch Health Annex, Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, applies a sucking chest wound prosthetic to a volunteer casualty during an active shooter drill April 23, 2019 at CATC Camp Fuji, Gotemba, Japan. The purpose of the drill was to improve communication between the Marines, Sailors and local emergency operators.
