MTVs Road Rules 10 (dubbed "The Quest") cast members spent two days Fort Dix with the Air Mobility Warfare Centers 421st Ground Comb Readiness Squadron, training and testing as a medic augmention team in a humanitarian medical relief scenario to the fictional country of Ozlahnd. They then spent a day McGuire AFB observing a refueling mission. This is their last challenge "to discover the virtue of perseverance." The last of ten virtues learned through challenges over the season before they can receive their "handsome reward"...
