The previous day the sender, nurse Margaret Ripley, sent a card from Sainte Adresse, Le Havre, so I assume that she was still there when this was sent, and hence this hospital must be in that locality...In it she says "These are some of the patients & the ones in caps standing orderlies the patients are mostly the same.".
