120924-N-AS200-0869 HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (Sept., 24, 2012) – Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, Task Force Anchor, work on theater construction operations to increase force protection in the Helmand Province, Sept., 24 2012. Homeported in Gulfport, Ms., NMCB-133, is deployed to Afghanistan to support Task Force Empire, conducting general, mobility, survivability engineering operations, defensive operations, Afghan National Army partnering and detachment of units in combined/joint operations area - Afghanistan in order to enable the neutralization of the insurgency and support improved governance and stability.
