150522-N-KU391-021 U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATION (May 22, 2015) – Aviation Electrician’s Mate 3rd Class Collin Kirby from Le Sueur, Minnesota, works on the tail rotor of an SH-60H Sea Hawk Helicopter in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Theodore Roosevelt is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
