160311-N-FV245-001 Arctic Circle (March 15, 2016) - U.S. Cops Guard Divers assigned to Regional Dive Locker West and Regional Dive Locker Pacific, ride a sled pulled by a skidoo to their dive site during Ice Exercise (ICEX) 2016. ICEX 2016 is a five-week exercise designed to research, test, and evaluate operational capabilities in the region.
