160317-N-GP524-064ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 17, 2016) – Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Chris Bauers mans a gunnery station as the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) approaches the Theater Support Vessel Narragansett (TSV-4) during a maritime interdiction operation (MIO) training evolution. Stout is underway conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group in preparation for a future deployment.
