Troy Davidson, assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, swims to investigate a seaplane wreck site in the waters of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. For those killed-in-action, the accounting community is charged with locating, recovering and identifying their remains.
