ARABIAN GULF (Aug. 26, 2016) A Sailor watches as the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike) approaches the fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) to conduct a replenishment-at-sea.
