(Dec. 7, 2016) – Sailors receive instructions on proper usage of portable carbon dioxide (CO2) fire fighting extinguishers during a shipboard aircraft firefighting training evolution at the Firefighting Training Facility at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Mayport. The facility trains Sailors attached to ships and components home ported at NAVSTA Mayport on hose handling, communication procedures and the responsibilities of each member of a hose team.
