170224-N-RP435-082 SAN DIEGO (Feb. 24, 2017) Adm. Michael S. Rogers, Commander, U.S. Cyber Command, Director, National Security Agency, Chief, Central Security Service speaks at the change of command for Program Executive Offices’ (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) and Space Systems. Rogers was the guest speaker and praised the work the PEOs do for the advancement of naval technology in communications, space and cyber security. During the ceremony, Rear Adm.
