NORFOLK, Va. (May 12, 2017) Sailors assigned to Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) man the rails as Abraham Lincoln pulls into Naval Station Norfolk. Abraham Lincoln was underway after successfully completing its mid-life refueling and complex overhaul and was conducting sea trials, a comprehensive test of many of the ship’s key systems and technologies.
