170812-N-ZS023-030 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Aug. 12, 2017) Ship’s Serviceman Seaman Tyler Ingramujah, a native of Columbus, Ohio, assigned to the Supply department aboard the amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6), refills a 45-minute self-contained breathing apparatus bottle in the ship’s hangar bay following a main engine room drill. America, part of the America Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Asia Pacific region to strengthen partnerships and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
